Intimations – w/c Sunday 22nd August 2021
1. Our Sunday Service is now held at 10.45am. With 1m social distancing in our hall we can now accommodate 33 people (as opposed to 18) at our services. The service will still be available online live via YouTube with a recording available afterwards on the website, Twilio phone service (01294 444201) and podcasting channels.
It is still necessary to reserve your seat in advance by contacting Mima McSwan on 01294 602410, and it is equally important to let Mima know if your plans change and you will not be coming as there may be a waiting list for other folk wishing to attend.
2. The midweek Thursday service continues at 10.30am with seat reservations still required by phoning Mima.
3. Our informal Zoom chat session continues every Tuesday morning, between 10.30 and 11.30am. For those without internet access you can also dial in to the chat session using a special phone number – all the joining details are on the website and in the Messenger.
4. Articles for the September edition of the Kirkgate Messenger are required by next Sunday, 29th August please. Contact Elizabeth McMahon with any material for it.
5. Maureen Hunter would like to send her sincere thanks to all who have brought along shoeboxes for this year’s Blythswood Appeal. They now have enough shoeboxes, and are now looking for gifts for putting in to them – further details of required items will be in the Kirkgate Messenger, and they can be brought along in September.
These are all this week’s intimations.
