Intimations – w/c 24th January
We are now using Zoom for our Sunday services going forward and a reminder that anyone can also dial in to them via a phone even if they don’t have internet facilities. The details are all on the website and can be provided by the Session Clerk, Vivien Bruce, if you don’t have a relative or friend who can pass them on to you. The full details will also be in the next Kirkgate Messenger.
On Tuesday and Wednesday every week, there will also be an informal Zoom chat session between 10.30 and 11.30am. You don’t need to stay for the full hour – just pop by and say hello to anyone that’s there, whilst enjoying your morning coffee! Again, joining details are on the website including the dial-in number.
If you wish to receive a printed copy of the Kirkgate Messenger, then starting from the February edition it will only be available by post or email and we are asking for a small donation of £9/year to cover the cost of postage. A letter and return form was sent to every member along with the church’s Christmas Card and calendar. If you do wish to receive a printed copy of the magazine, then please return the form with your payment, or contact Elizabeth McMahon on 464428 or messenger@kirkgatechurch.org.uk, as soon as possible. It will still be emailed out to members for whom we hold an email address, and it will be available as a download on our website.
Articles for the next Kirkgate Messenger are required by next Sunday 31st January please.
Requests or dedications for the February edition of the Kirkgate: By Request programme are also needed by next Sunday please – email requests@kirkgatechurch.org.uk if you would like a mention.
A number of spare copies of “Word for Today” are available. If anyone would like a copy, then please contact Mima.
