Intimations – w/c 1st October 2023

Here are this week’s intimations:

1.     Our Sunday Service is held at 10.45am and is also available online live via YouTube with a recording available afterwards on the website, Twilio phone service (01294 444201) and podcasting channels. The midweek Thursday service continues every week at 10.30am. The Sunday School has also restarted for children of all ages.

2.     This Sunday we will be celebrating Harvest Thanksgiving at our morning service. We will have a box at the front door for monetary donations which will be given to the Argyle Community Shop.

3.     There will be tea & coffee after this week’s service to welcome our new trainee minister, Graeme Stewart.

4.     The Craft Team meets on Tuesdays from 1pm-4pm.

5.     The Bible Study meets in Kirkgate on Wednesday at 7pm.

6.     The Country Dancing meets on Thurs 5th October at 2.30pm

7.     The Guild will resume on Monday 9th October at 2pm with a Communion Service.

8.     Packing of the Blythswood shoeboxes gets ahead this week. Thanks for the donations already handed in. Basic toiletries of soap, hard to find these days, and sweets dated up to March 24th, are in short supply and can be handed in at any time.

9.     Apologies that there has been a delay in getting the October edition of the Messenger published as our printer is broken and awaiting a part – hopefully it will be fixed early this week.

10.   The Care and Share lunch run in conjunction with CHANA, is held in the hall every Friday from 12.30pm – 2pm.
